Our organization will manage day-to-day operations and provide a trained team to assist you in building your schedules, allowing you to prioritize patient care. We welcome dentists of all experience levels, including recent graduates, to apply. If you're seeking to advance your career, our Managing Dentist Program enables you to take charge of office operations and performance, alongside the business manager. This role typically requires three or more years of experience, where you would conduct new patient exams, mentor new dentists, and coordinate patient care with specialists. Our General Dentists enjoy bonuses based on personal production, while Managing Dentists are eligible for an office profitability incentive program.
