We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for full facility maintenance in the office, shop and warehouse. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for regular CNC, HVAC and compressor maintenance. They will complete a wide variety of projects in and around the facility. We are looking for someone with a mechanic's mind or background, mechanically inclined and knows how to use a lot of standard tools. Company Benefits include:

  • Tuition ReimbursementMaintenance Technician I Job Responsibilities:
    • Perform basic CNC maintenance such as inspecting the machines, cleaning the mats, and changing filters
    • Coordinate service calls for the machine shop as needed
    • Perform basic HVAC and air compressor maintenance such as changing filters, inspection and changing oil
    • Perform light plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, basic roof leak repair door and hardware repair
    • Perform basic electrical (120V) - wire switches, lights, fans, outlets and can run Ethernet and phone lines
    • Paint, hang pictures, change light bulbs, use scissor lift, etc.
    • Construct new wall and change existing walls
    • Install and maintain air lines
    • Basic equipment maintenance oil & filter changes, safety inspections, etc.
    • Read and follow instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals
    • Report any issues to Maintenance Manager
    • Perform facility janitorial tasks as needed mop floors, restock toiletries, etc.
    • Related experience must include, light plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, basic roof leak repair door and hardware repair
    • Other duties as assigned Maintenance Technician I Qualifications:
      • Valid Driver's License and must possess good DMV report (required)
      • Minimum of 2-5 years' Mechanical experience (preferred)
      • CNC experience a plus
      • Highly mechanically inclined (required)
      • Would consider someone with a background in automotive mechanics
      • HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience (preferred)
      • Forklift and scissor lift experience (preferred)
      • Must possess a strong work ethic and integrity
