Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst - Life Insurance Business Process Transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute business process transactions and collaborate with team members
Assist in process improvement initiatives and analyze data trends
Handle regulator and consumer complaints related to life insurance products

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role
Experience in life insurance administration
Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus
